The staff was helpful with directions.
Wallpaper was peeling, and the carpet felt old and stained. The small size of the room made it hard to relax.

dusty decorbad food
the room was very small i could barely open my suitcases the decor felt old and dusty the ornate screening on the walls needed cleaning. breakfast was not good i sat at a large table with strangers which was awkward the experience reminded me of fawlty towers with bad food. i would not choose to eat breakfast there again

the location was very central. the chinese decor added a unique touch to the stay. there was also a view on the bay.
the light comes into the room in the morning because the curtains do not cover the windows appropriately!

the staff provided excellent hospitality . the hotel is conveniently close to hong kong station a major airport express terminus. many excellent restaurants are also located nearby.
the room i occupied showed minor signs of wear. the ornate screening on the walls had a slight accumulation of dust. this was noticeable upon closer inspection.

the staff provided excellent assistance and were always willing to help. their responsiveness contributed positively to the overall experience. i found the check-in process to be smooth and efficient.

the hotel provided a coffee machine at the reception for guest use. this amenity allowed for convenient access to refreshments throughout the day. several guests were meeting at large tables in the breakfast area.

The room included air conditioning for climate control. It was clean and beautiful. the bed was comfortable, promoting restful sleep after long travel days. the harbor view from the room was particularly enjoyable.

underwhelming stay
cramped breakfast areauncomfortable bed
the breakfast area felt cramped and a bit stuffy. the room itself was quite small i found and the bed wasn't very comfortable. it was hard to relax properly after a long day. the noise from the street was also noticeable even late at night making it difficult to sleep soundly. i think they could improve on soundproofing and maybe invest in better mattresses

the hotel's location was convenient. it allowed easy walks to central and many shops. i was able to rest well at night because the hotel was quiet. breakfast was nice too.
no negative aspects were encountered . everything met or was really good.
